What is AI search readiness?

It means making technical signals clear: page access, content structure and information about the publisher. Readable HTML and consistent data help machines interpret what you publish.

What do we check?

HTTP status, indexing directives, canonical, robots.txt, a detected sitemap, headings, metadata, JSON-LD and Open Graph and Twitter/X tags. This is not a full site crawl. We check one same-origin sitemap declared in robots.txt or /sitemap.xml.

What can’t we guarantee?

This score only measures technical and content-structure readiness. It does not predict rankings or citations in ChatGPT, Google AI or other systems.

We inspect server-delivered HTML without JavaScript, CSS rendering or login. Word counts are approximate. We do not assess meaning, accuracy or editorial quality. Firewalls and challenge pages can distort results.

FAQ

Does a high score guarantee AI citations?

No. This tool cannot inspect model databases or generated answers. It only measures explicit signals in the resources it retrieves.

Does it understand the business offering?

It does not interpret content semantically. It checks for descriptions, a name and structure that search engines can use. Relevance still needs a human review.

Does it check robots.txt rules for AI bots?

It checks file availability, not access rules for individual bots. A missing robots.txt does not itself block indexing.

Why could the website not be checked?

The URL must be public and use HTTP or HTTPS on a standard port. Time and size limits, firewalls and JavaScript-only pages may prevent analysis.
